Our MOQ is 1,000-3,000 pieces for different cables. We offer flexible MOQ for long-term partners and can discuss lower quantities for sample orders or new product testing.
Standard products: 10-20 days after order confirmation. Custom/OEM products: 15-30 days depending on complexity. Sample orders: 3-7 days. We maintain safety stock for popular items to ensure faster delivery.
Yes, we provide comprehensive OEM/ODM services including custom design, logo printing, packaging design, and private labeling. Our engineering team can develop products according to your specifications with full IP protection.
We offer free samples for existing products (shipping cost to be covered by customer). For custom samples, we charge sample fees which will be refunded upon placing bulk orders. Sample delivery time is 3-7 days.
